1) Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.greenifyfoods.in for delivery within India.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders received after our daily cut-off may be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing may take longer during sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen operational constraints.

3) Shipping Coverage & Partners

  • We ship across serviceable PIN codes in India via reputed third-party courier partners.
  • Delivery to remote or ODA (out-of-delivery-area) locations may take longer or may require delivery to the nearest hub for pickup.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout and vary by destination, order weight/volumetric weight, and service level selected.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or cart/checkout page.

5) Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro/Capital cities: typically 2–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Non-metro/Rest of India: typically 3–8 business days from dispatch.
    Actual timelines depend on courier network, local restrictions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

6) Tracking

  • A tracking ID/SMS or email is shared after dispatch. Tracking scans may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
  • You can monitor the shipment status and expected delivery date using the tracking ID.

7) Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

  • Couriers generally make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail or the address/phone is incorrect/unreachable, the shipment may be marked RTO (Return to Origin).
  • If an order is RTO due to incomplete/incorrect address, unavailability, or non-responsiveness, re-shipping can be arranged after confirmation and payment of re-shipping charges (if applicable).

8) Address Changes & Delivery Instructions

  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by writing to us.
  • After dispatch, address changes or specific delivery instructions are subject to courier capability and are not guaranteed.

9) Delivery Completion & Risk

  • Delivery is completed at the address provided at checkout.
  • Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

10) Tampered, Opened, or Damaged Parcels

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
  • If refusal was not possible, retain outer packaging and inner contents and contact us within 48 hours with photos/unboxing video so we can investigate with the courier.

11) Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be deemed undeliverable due to inaccurate address, repeated unsuccessful attempts, non-serviceable PIN, refusal to accept, or other reasons. We will notify you if the order is RTO and advise on next steps (reshipment or refund as per our Returns/Refunds Policy).

12) Shipment Delays

Delays can occur due to strikes, containment zones, extreme weather, operational backlogs, government restrictions, or peak-season volumes. We will make reasonable efforts to expedite delivery but cannot guarantee delivery dates in such cases.

13) Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship in multiple parcels depending on weight, dispatch dates, and availability. You will receive tracking for each parcel, where applicable.

14) International Shipping

At present, we do not ship internationally. Orders are fulfilled only within India.
