1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using www.greenifyfoods.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the website and place orders.
3. Account Registration & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Products & Information
We sell packaged dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and spices. Product images are for representation; actual color/appearance can vary due to lighting, photography, or display settings. Ingredients, net quantity, MRP, batch, date of packing, and other label particulars are provided on the product package. If you have specific dietary or allergen concerns (e.g., tree nuts, sesame), review the label carefully before consumption.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Invoicing
All prices are listed in INR. Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. A tax invoice will be issued against the order using GSTIN 08AEYFS4989Q1ZB.
6. Order Placement & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock limits, pricing or product information errors, or suspected fraudulent activity). Order confirmation is issued after successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to limit quantities per household or order.
7. Payments
Payments are processed via trusted payment gateways. We do not store full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. If a payment is reversed or fails after order confirmation, we may cancel the order and initiate a refund where applicable.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to serviceable pin codes through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and may vary due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided. If a package is delivered tampered or damaged, refuse delivery where possible and inform us promptly.
9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We handle food items with care. For safety and hygiene, returns are limited to the situations below.
Eligible cases:
- Wrong item received, item damaged in transit, or product past/near expiry on arrival.
- Items must be unused and unopened, with original packaging and seals intact.
Not eligible:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products; damage caused after delivery; products without original packaging; bulk/wholesale orders.
How to raise a request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product label (unboxing video, if available).
- On approval, we will arrange a pickup or request a self-ship. After quality check, we will send a replacement (subject to stock) or refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after QC completion; timelines may vary by bank/payment method.
10. Cancellations
- By customer: You may request cancellation before dispatch from our facility. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- By Greenify: We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspicious activity. Any deducted amount will be refunded.
11. Promotions, Coupons & Credits
Coupon codes, credits, and offers are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and usage limits. Unless stated, offers are not transferable, not encashable, and cannot be clubbed. If an order using a coupon is cancelled/refunded, the coupon’s benefit may be forfeited.
12. User Content (Reviews, Q&A)
By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and service improvement. Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or misleading. We may moderate or remove user content at our discretion.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws;
- Interfere with site security or attempt to access another user’s data;
- Engage in fraud, payment misuse, or reselling without permission;
- Use automated systems or bots that burden the website.
14. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, courier tracking). Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party failures or delays outside our control.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, product photography, icons, and software—is owned by or licensed to Salasar Dryfruit Trading LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. “Greenify” and associated marks are proprietary.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are sold on an “as is” basis subject to the quality standards stated on the label and applicable law. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Always store products as directed on the label.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase or use of the website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salasar Dryfruit Trading LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
19. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, war, civil disturbances, government actions, or disruptions in transportation or communications.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will apply to orders placed after the effective date stated above. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
